ASDoc - Adobe Labs

Adobe labs have recently released ASDoc . ASDoc is the code documentation tool that macromedia developed to build the Livedocs online documentation for Flash, Flex etc.

If you've been using Flash or Flex in any serious way (*as a developer) you're probably familiar with similar products such as NaturalDocs (also see AS2NDAC) and no doubt you'd probably given up on the idea that ASDoc would ever be publicly released... now that it has I'm becoming more and more pleased about the direction Adobe is taking with Flex, Flash and labs.adobe.

Even so, it remains to be seen how ASDoc stacks up next to NaturalDocs, as2api, Doxygen et al. Hopefully someone out there will have time to spare to do a comparison test. In the meantime check the ASDoc Guide for more info.
