		<description>Jason, you beautiful SOB!!!  I cannot tell you how many hours I've wasted battleing the dreaded 1009 error!  Re-factor after re-factor after re-factor trying to gracefully populate a hidden (not yet clicked on) tab or view stack child.  And it comes down to this: creationPolicy = "all".  My God.  Saw your post on the Joy of Flex blog and crossed my fingers and prayed to all sorts of gods that the URL you ultimately provided would "shed light" on the situation.
Thank you a million times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  And cudos to Jason Szeto for writing the article, of course.
